Our Services
Weekly Food Bank
Every Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays, by appointment only, we provide non-perishable food as well as fresh produce, eggs, milk, meat and bread to those in need. You may access every 30 days.
Pickup appointments can be made by calling 705-774-9111 or emailing harvestsharedelivery@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance.
The wait for a food bank appointment can be 2-3 weeks if you wait until the last minute to book. If you qualify, emergency food can be accessed Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays between 1:30pm-3:00pm.
In limited situations, delivery may be available. Call the office to see if you qualify.
Community Meals
Everyone is welcome on the scheduled Wednesdays from 5:00 pm-6:00 pm when we serve a healthy and delicious dinner to our guests. (Please see our blog for a list of all dates). Thanks to the generous donations we receive and the volunteers that assist, you will typically find fresh salads, homemade soup, hot entrees and yummy desserts on the menu.
Community Meals run from October - June. on the first and third Wednesday of each month
First come, first serve. Pay what you can.

Food Rescue
In 2020 we received a grant from The Ministry of Environment, Conservation, and Parks to purchase our new refrigerated van.
Now we are able to rescue more food from local businesses that have opted to participate. This vehicle allows us to share the harvest with our community partners as well as food banks in neighbouring communities as well.
Since 2020 we have rescued over half a million pounds of food. We've shared approximately 40% of our rescued food with our community partners.
A gigantic "THANK YOU!!" to Balicki Signs for personalising our van with our logo and name. We couldn't continue to do what we do without the help of community minded people like them.
