Pre-Order Form - DUE APRIL 25, 2025

From April 28th - May 4th, Tim Horton’s Restaurant Owners will be supporting more than 600 local charities, hospitals, and community programs across Canada. Guests who purchase a freshly baked Smile Cookie will be supporting these great causes with 100% of proceeds being donated. Charities chosen in Parry Sound are Harvest Share and the Salvation Army Food Bank. To pre-order Tim Hortons smile cookies, complete this form and return to Harvest Share no later than Thursday, April 25. This year's “Ooey Gooey Chocolate Chunk” cookies are $24/ box tax included, and they can be pre-ordered in boxes of 12. Cookies will be available for pick-up at the main office and will also be delivered if required. 

Please note how many boxes you would like, as well as your desired pick-up day. 

In order for us to process your orders with Tim Horton’s, payment will need to be made at the time of order, or no later than April 25th. Cookies will be available for pick up after noon at the office during the week of the campaign. 

Please choose the day (Monday to Friday) that you would like your cookies when you order. Please note that cookies will still be available for purchase directly from Tim Horton’s the entire week of April 28th - May 4th. Delivery will be made in some circumstances; however, we will still require payment before picking up your order.
